"David Cesaria has a multi-faceted personality, an artist, who is hiding behind an architect's facade, a globe trotter, a stateless person, modern and a tireless observer of the nothingness, a scholar of its contents become par excellence of a contemporary observed observing how this nothingness transfroms its contents into contemporary art without false moralism. Nothingness is for Cesaria the true essence of the contemporary.
But how to fill this void? Cesaria does it by giving it the form of aspirational art - if a urinal can become a work of art - a box can become an artist. His cardboard toys are born under  these premises later coated with the prestigious and bulky images of characters taken from the history of art or pop culture.
What to David Cesaria was sweet and tempting wrecked in the sea of nothingness, in the poetics of appearance and to appear in a world that is becoming over comunicated and over comunicative, the real essence that was already noticed by watching his past production (painting mostly) where, with an expressionist cut  pop, he depicted a  futile and vane society.
  Look for the nothingness, inevitably it gets filled up, understood, and if it were possible, deleted. While showing an obvious neo pop matrix , deep inside he takes a conceptual action, or perhaps he is stealing the job to professionals, critics, surpassing the boundaries of mere observation to get involved, to declare the intent of the new modernity."
